All orders are usually shipped within a working week (2-5 days) of payment. We are a small business that aims to ship your order as soon as possible, but sometimes the unexpected happens.

The delivery time varies from 7-21 days depending on your country.

For delivery, we use the international post office “Ukrposhta”. The cost is calculated from its rates, which you can read more here.

A shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been mailed.

The Nadiia is unable to control or predict delivery windows for these packages.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.

Lost or stolen packages are the buyers responsibility. We will give you the necessary information to proceed with your postal carrier.


We accept returns on full priced merchandise for store credit or exchange.

The customer pays for the delivery in case of return by himself.

Return must be initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date. Returned items must be mailed back within 7 days of return authorization. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued once we receive and process your return. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Please contact us to obtain an RMA number and form prior to return. No returns will be accepted without this number.

Nadiia is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Nadiia holds the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

We are currently a small operation and as we grow we hope to revisit this policy with more flexibility.

Payment by bank cards Visa, MasterCard

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard bank cards. The maximum amount of one purchase (transaction) from the card is limited by the bank processing center and the issuing bank (the bank that issued the card). If you want to make a payment for a large amount, specify the card limit in your bank. In case of even a slight excess of the limited amount of payment for the purchase, the bank will not miss the transaction.

If you choose to pay for one of these cards when placing an order, then in the last step of its registration, your browser is automatically redirected to the page of the secure payment system. You will need to enter your card details and confirm payment via 3D-Secure if this option is enabled for your card.

The store does not receive information about the card details, because you do not enter data on our website, but on the service of the bank’s payment page.

When accepting payment by means of payment systems, the seller of the goods is “FOP Shapoval Nadia”.

What is 3D-Secure?

3D-Secure is an additional security check for online payments, which is activated automatically. To debit the amount from the account, you must enter the code, which is sent in an SMS to the phone number associated with the card.

To prevent fraudulent transactions, payment may be temporarily delayed. At this time, bank employees check whether the cardholder is really paying. If the payment is made in the amount of up to 25 thousand hryvnia, the security system will notify you in a few minutes about the withdrawal (not withdrawal) from the account. Payment in excess of 25 thousand hryvnia can be checked for several hours. After confirming the payment for the purchase, the delivery service of the store will bring the goods within the agreed time.

If a fraudulent transaction is suspected, the store has the right to ask the payer of the order to present the card with which the order was paid or to send a photo of the card with blurred average numbers. Also, the store has the right to require an identity document.

Please note that only the customer whose full name was indicated on the website at the time of ordering can receive the goods paid for with a payment card. When receiving the order, it is necessary to have identity documents – passport or driver’s license.

Refund procedure when paying for goods by Visa, MasterCard

If the goods are received, but decided to return, a refund is possible only if:

– the goods were checked by employees of the service department;

– the goods meet all the necessary standards for return.

The funds are returned within three banking days to the same card with which the purchase was paid.
